2. About us
Jonathan & Co. Entertainment is registered in Florida, USA, and operated by Elizabeth Broschart, Founder & Managing Director.
3. Services
We act as a booking agent placing professional comedians and humorous keynote speakers with corporate clients. Each engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement.
4. Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a contract. A booking exists only when both parties have signed a written agreement.
5. Fees & payment
All fees are quoted in US dollars and outlined in the engagement agreement. Net-30 standard. Late payments accrue 1.5% per month.
6. Cancellation
Standard cancellation terms appear in each engagement agreement and depend on proximity to the event date. See FAQ for typical terms.
7. Performance
We commit to placing a professional, vetted performer. We do not guarantee subjective audience response. Backup performers are named in every contract.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including copy, photography, logo and structure, is © 2026 Jonathan & Co. Entertainment. Performer material remains the property of the performer.
9. Confidentiality
Information you share in the course of an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. Mutual NDAs available on request.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Jonathan & Co. Entertainment from claims arising out of your use of the site outside the scope of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
