A small Miami agency that takes corporate comedy seriously.
Founded in 2017 by Elizabeth Broschart after a decade running events for hospitality and pharma clients, Jonathan & Co. exists for one reason: to put the right comedian in front of the right room.

Why this agency exists.
Before founding Jonathan & Co., Elizabeth spent eleven years inside corporate events teams — first for a Florida hospitality group, later as Director of Programming for a national medical association. The same problem kept showing up: the booking process treated comedians like interchangeable line items. Names came in. Fees went out. Nobody asked about the audience.
Two of those bookings, in particular, ended badly. Both could have been prevented with a fifteen-minute conversation. So in 2017 she opened a small office on Biscayne Boulevard and started one — every time, before a single contract goes out.
Today the team is intentionally small: Elizabeth, two senior bookers, a contracts coordinator, and a roster of forty-plus comedians the agency has personally seen perform within the last 24 months. We don't represent everybody. That's the point.

What we believe
Five principles we don't compromise on.
Read the room first.
Every brief starts with the audience — industry, seniority, sponsors, recent news. We will turn down a booking before we put the wrong person on stage.
Contracts are part of the product.
Plain-English riders, transparent fees, no surprise tech requirements. Procurement should not need a translator.
The roster is closed for a reason.
We add maybe two comedians a year. Each one performs for a member of our team in person before being signed.
Backup performers are non-negotiable.
Every contract names a vetted alternate. Flights cancel; the show doesn't.
Senior leadership reviews every booking.
Elizabeth personally signs off on every contract over $10,000. No exceptions.
Based in Miami. Working everywhere companies hold a microphone.
Our office on Biscayne Boulevard sits two miles from the convention center, ten from the airport, and within walking distance of three hotels we book regularly. It's not an accident.
